Clements is responsible for all new media corporate communications at
O2, part of Telefónica S.A., the world‚s second largest
telecommunications company with 225,000 employees and 203 million
customers worldwide. Having joined O2 at its de-merger from BT
in 2001, as part of O2‚s brand launch activity, Louise has established
all corporate new media channels ˆ o2.com, Intranet, O2 TV, corporate
films, online employee magazines, newsletters, pod and webcasting,
discussion forums, email services and user-generated content. Louise
continues to manage, resource and develop the strategy, content, brand
and technical aspects of these, and other emerging online channels. Through-out
the last 6 years, these channels have supported a number of major
corporate campaigns, designed to transform the business, execute the
brand promise and, deliver to customers, shareholders and to employees. Most
recently, Louise has managed the roll-out of the company's intraview
service, a live and on-demand video-streaming technology - enabling
25,000 employees across Europe with access to high quality, compelling
film and presentation materials.
