Sean Knapp serves as Ooyala's CTO, overseeing all engineering at Ooyala. Sean plays a key role in Ooyala's product strategy; he leads the development of Ooyala's entire product suite, and has grown the engineering team from its founding group in 2007.

Prior to Ooyala, Sean was at Google where he developed and launched iGoogle. Additionally, while at Google, Sean led the Web Search User Interface team which was responsible for a $1 billion dollar revenue increase.

Sean also sits on the Ooyala Board of Directors. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.
