Rhys Beer is a specialist in digital sports media. He is responsible for Perform's ePlayer operation, one of the world's leading online broadcasters of on-demand sports content. Rhys has extensive experience of both Paid and Free business models and also advises Perform's third party rights-holder clients on the optimal structuring and distribution of their media rights.
Rhys brings experience from all sides of the sports media market and a range of territories, having previously been responsible for sports rights and content strategy on behalf of the English Football Association, Setanta Sports Group and Virgin Media. Over ten years, Rhys has worked on the multi-platform acquisition and exploitation of many leading sports rights, including UEFA Champions League, FA Premier League, US PGA Tour Golf, Rugby World Cup and ATP Tour Tennis.
