Mr. Felts leads Envivio's market strategy and defines the company's range of widely acclaimed products. Recognized as an expert in mobile TV, he created the world's first encoding products developed specifically for this market. Under his guidance, Envivio created the world's first convergence headend-a single encoder capable of processing content for the Three Screens. Prior to Envivio, Mr. Felts was a researcher in the Philips Laboratories in Paris, where he was awarded five patents for his work on Wavelet-based video compression and context-adaptive arithmetic coding. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom, Paris, in Physics and Signal Processing.
