2011 Streaming Media European Readers' Choice Awards Winners
If the list of winners in the 2011 Streaming Media European Readers’ Choice Awards is any indication, 2011 has been a banner year for both established names and up-and-comers.
More than 4,000 readers submitted their votes in the awards, offering up their choices among the 281 nominees in 13 categories. The total number of votes was a whopping 14,377, which means that, on average, each reader cast votes in 3 or 4 categories.
Here’s a list of the winners, which we announced at Streaming Media Europe, held at the Olympia Conference Centre in London in October. We’ve also included the two runners-up in each category—the second and third biggest vote-getters.
Congratulations to all, and thanks to Interxion for sponsoring this year’s awards.
