Jan Petzold works at Germany's public broadcaster Deutsche Welle as a multimedia developer, specialized in web development (Actionscript, Javascript, PHP) and video. He also published articles about video, streaming and web development in german magazines.

Beside that, Jan conducted several workshops focusing on web technology & online video in Asia. He also took part as a speaker at the Asia Media Summit in Beijing and Streaming Media Europe in 2010.
