Live and on-demand video streaming specialists, Streaming Tank, has been brought in by the organisers to broadcast all three stages on both days of V Festival 2011, live and online.

After a successful trial webcast from V Festival in 2010, Streaming Tank will be streaming over 20 hours of live content from the two day festival to www.vfestival.com, www.channel4.com/T4 and also V Festivals' own Facebook page www.facebook.com/vfestival.

Not only is Streaming Tank providing the hardware encoding solutions and infrastructure to enable the content to be streamed live and online to thousands of music lovers across the UK, but they have also developed a bespoke player for the festival, which will enable viewers to select one of 3 stages being streamed live simultaneously over the weekend.

Streaming Tank is providing an independent production team for each stage, to create a continuous transmission of live stage and acoustic backstage performances to keep online viewers entertained throughout each day.

Streaming Tank will also be delivering pre-roll and overlay banner advertising during the live broadcasts.
